The STAHS gym was buzzing with energy and excitement last night as students, families, and staff gathered for the annual Athletics Awards Banquet — a cherished tradition celebrating the outstanding achievements of our student-athletes and the coaches who guide them.

The evening was a true celebration of commitment, teamwork, and school spirit. From buzzer-beaters and gold-medal finishes to personal bests and acts of true sportsmanship, this year's banquet recognized not only big wins, but the passion, perseverance, and leadership shown across all teams.

Awards were presented in a wide range of sports, highlighting MVPs, most improved players, and those who exemplify sportsmanship and dedication. Coaches were also acknowledged for the countless hours they dedicate to mentoring and supporting our athletes — both on and off the field.

“Around 70% of students at STAHS participate in our athletics program,” said Athletic Director Megan Derouard. “That level of involvement, combined with our record of championship wins, makes us the strongest athletics program in the North.”

From junior athletes just beginning their competitive journeys to senior players closing out their high school careers with pride, the banquet was a heartfelt tribute to a year of incredible effort and community.

Congratulations to all of this year’s award recipients:
